We begin our process by sketching out potential designs and researching the most commonly needed dimensions for that particular item. We take great care in refining the scale of our pieces and determining the best way to produce each design to ensure the highest quality possible.

Ziggy aspires to be an instant classic in the modern American home. We craft our collections to be timeless and not over-designed so each piece can hold its own next to a family antique or a modern piece of art. Through intentionally simple designs, our pieces complement contemporary settings and traditional sensibilities alike. We have scaled our furniture with not only classic proportions, but modern needs and practical realities in mind.

2. Production: You're in Good Hands

We have a very hands on approach at Ziggy. We handle your order from start to finish so you are guaranteed to receive the highest quality finished product possible.

We choose to work smarter and harder: we utilize automation techniques where it reduces waste, eliminates human error, and increases safety. While a machine may cut all of the pieces of your order, hardworking and caring hands will do the rest.

3. Finishing Touches

All Ziggy pieces are sanded and then finished by hand in a dust free environment with 100% water-based paint, high gloss lacquer, and wood finishes that fall below the Greenguard Limit for VOC content.

To increase durability and help reduce signs of wear and tear, we prime all of our paint and high gloss lacquer pieces in the final finish color. 

4. Delivery & Installation

Tremendous pride is taken designing, producing, and finishing your new Ziggy design, so we take great care in packing our products for a seamless delivery.
