All furniture and accessories are made to order and will ship upon their completion in 4-6 weeks. Finish samples and touch-up pens ship in 5-10 business days. Lead times do not include shipping.
At this time, we ship only to the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO or APO Boxes.

After your order with Ziggy is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the items in your order and their cost. This email is your receipt for items purchased. Please note that this DOES NOT include shipping costs.
You will receive a follow-up email from a member of our team with a quote for white glove shipping from a third-party shipper that we've selected to get your Ziggy items to you safely. In some cases we are also able to offer a curbside delivery option. The quote will include a personalized link to our site that you can use to pay for shipping. Items will not go into production until this payment is received.
Once your item is on its way, you will receive an email update on its status that includes all you need to communicate and schedule delivery with the selected delivery service. If your building requires a certificate of insurance, please communicate this to the shipper when they contact you. Upon white glove delivery, your item or items will be unwrapped, placed in your home, and all packaging will be removed.
When accepting your item at time of delivery, please make sure to examine your Ziggy furniture closely as it's being unpacked and placed in your home. We make every effort to ensure our items are securely packed and shipped to you in perfect condition, however, occasionally issues can arise during the shipping process. If your item arrives damaged or is damaged during the unpacking process, please follow the below steps:
1. Retain all packing materials.
2. Document all damage to the packaging and furniture with photos.
3. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will gladly work with you to determine next steps.
Any damage that is the result of shipping needs to be reported at the time of delivery. We are happy to help resolve shipping issues in any way we can, but we can not be held responsible for third party actions.
Ziggy trays, finish samples, and touch-up pens ship free of charge via FedEx or USPS. After your order with Ziggy is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the items in your order and their cost. This email is your receipt for items purchased.
Once your item is on its way, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information.
