All furniture and accessories are made to order and will ship upon their completion. Production lead time is 6-8 weeks for Paint, Wood, and High Gloss Lacquer Finishes. Finish samples and touch-up pens ship in 2-10 business days. Lead times do not include shipping.

At this time, we ship only to the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO or APO Boxes. Please email us at if you have any special shipping requests.

Shipping fees are automatically added based on the size and weight of your furniture. If you are unsure of which shipping option to select, please email us at If you’d like to make your own shipping arrangements or would like to determine the shipping method after placing your order, please select Local Pick Up at checkout. Large orders will need to be individually quoted and will show up as a $0 charge at checkout. Please reach out with any questions.

We offer several shipping options for our furniture:

  1. Local Pick Up - at our Workshop in Southington, CT.

  2. Freight to a Commercial Receiver with a Loading Dock - after delivery and inspection, your receiver is responsible for in-home delivery.

  3. White Glove Delivery - your item or items will be unwrapped, placed in your home, and all packaging will be removed.

Once your item is on its way, you will receive an email update on its status that includes all you need to communicate and schedule delivery with the delivery service. Typical ship times range from 5-10 business days.

If your building requires a certificate of insurance (COI), please send us the sample form, unit number, and the owner name(s) to and the shipper.

When accepting your item at the time of delivery, please make sure to examine your Ziggy furniture closely as it's being unpacked and placed in your home. We make every effort to ensure our items are securely packed and shipped to you in perfect condition. Once your furniture is delivered, inspected, and accepted (by a 3rd party receiver or yourself), Ziggy will not have risk of loss or damage, and there cannot be responsible, for your furniture.  It is now the full responsibility of the owner to follow our care instructions to properly care for the new furniture.  We encourage you to review our care instructions here.

If your item arrives damaged or is damaged during the unpacking process, please follow the below steps:

1. Retain all packing materials.
2. Document all damage to the packaging and furniture with photos.
3. Document all damage in writing with the shipper prior to the shipper leaving your home.
4. Contact us at to let us know and we will gladly work with you to determine next steps. 

Any damage that is the result of shipping needs to be reported at the time of delivery and documented with the shipper. We are happy to help resolve shipping issues in any way we can, but we can not be held responsible for third party actions.

We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit. Please measure all clearances in advance of placing your order.


Ziggy accessories ship free of charge via FedEx or USPS.  After your order with Ziggy is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the items in your order and their cost.  This email is your receipt for items purchased. 

Once your item is on its way, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking information.
